Zyta M. Blajszczak

Zyta M. Blajszczak age 64, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois passed away at Northwestern-Medicine Huntley Hospital in Huntley, Illinois on June 20, 2022. She was born to Lucian Zagalski and Regina Kielczewska in Skierniewice, Poland on April 29, 1958. She moved to the United States in 1989 to marry her husband Zygmunt T. Blajszczak. 

She took great pride in being a mother to her two sons, Chuck (Erin) Blajszczak and Scott Blajszczak. She loved to travel, cook with her sons, and read books. She exceled in everything she did, earning Employee of the Month recognition time and time again, even after her diagnosis. Her laugh was hard-earned, but brought joy to all those around her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM until time of an 11:00 AM prayer service at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Interment Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
