Zofia Miszczak age 64, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on August 29, 2021.

She was born in Poland on March 23, 1957 the loving daughter of Jan and Zofia (Topor) Miszczak.

A Funeral Mass for Zofia will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin.

Inurnment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Palatine.
