Obituary
William “Bill” Wroblewski age 72, of Algonquin. Illinois passed away on July 4, 2023 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 27, 1950 to Walter and Mary (Jamros) Wroblewski.
Bill was a Machinist at Danly Machine with 30 years of service, employee of District 211 Hoffman Estates High School until retirement in 2011. Bill enjoyed golf, fishing, and spending time with his Florida friends and above all his loving family.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Linda (Steindl) Wroblewski; his loving children, Alisa Hope (John) Jonen, Guy William Wroblewski and Stephanie Joy Wroblewski; his grandchildren, Emma and Tommy Jonen; his sister, Mary Ann Kuckelkorn; his sister-in-law, Rita Wroblewski.
In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Andrea Lynn Jonen and his brother, Walter Wroblewski.
Family & friends will gather for a visitation on Thursday, July 13, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM at St. Mary Catholic Church 10307 Dundee Rd., Huntley followed by a Funeral Mass to be Celebrated at 2:00 PM. Services will conclude at the Church.
A private family Inurnment will be held at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Huntley.
Arrangements are entrusted with Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Algonquin, Illinois.
