Wieslawa Woznica, “Wiesia/Vicky” 53, of Algonquin passed away surrounded by her loving family December 27, 2025. Born April 13, 1972 in Braniewo Poland to Zdzislaw and Zofia Chybowski. Beloved wife of Marek Woznica; cherished mother of Wioletta Woznica of Algonquin and Kamila Rieboldt of Kenosha; caring sister of Marzanna Banacka of Goliszewo Poland.
Wieslawa was a warm, caring, and deeply kind person. Her strength and resilience inspired those around her and her love and legacy will live on through her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Wieslawa was graciously supported by her devoted husband and daughters in life, and her passing will leave a space in their hearts that can never be filled. She was a true warrior, having bravely battled cancer for many years.
She deeply cherished spending time with her family.
Please join us to honor Wieslawa for a time of visitation Monday December 29, 2025 from 4-9pm at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W Algonquin Road Algonquin IL 60102. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 11am at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Algonquin. Cremation rites to be accorded.
