Wieslaw Bak Obituary

Wiesław Bąk, age 57, of Lake in the Hills passed away in Chicago, Illinois . He was born in Otfinów, Poland on June 12, 1963 to Stanisław and Maria (Cabaj) Bąk.

Wiesław is survived by his loving wife, Dorota (Mosio) Bąk; his sons, Rafał S. Bąk and Sebastian K. Bąk; his brothers and their wives, Józef and Bernadetta Bąk and Benedykt and Bogumiła Bąk.

Family & friends will gather for a Funeral Mass that will be held on Thursday, August 13th, 10:30 AM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin.

Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Palatine.

Arrangements are under the care of Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Algonquin (847) 458-1700
