Wesley W. Leisberg, of Union, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2026.
Born on November 3, 1927, in Elgin, Wesley was the son of Edwin Leisberg and Ida Fisher. A lifelong farmer, Wesley was known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to the land he loved. Farming was more than his occupation — it was his way of life.
Wesley was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather who found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He also had a special love for his dogs and the simple pleasures of country life. Above all, Wesley was a faithful servant of Jehovah and lived his life guided by his deep faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He will be remembered for his kindness, humility, steadfast character, and the example he set for those who knew and loved him.
Private burial services will be held. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
