Todd S. Morrison

Todd "Wolfie" Morrison age 70, of Lake in the Hills passed away on March 6, 2025 in McHenry, Illinois. Born on May 22, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Todd lived a life of hard work, dedication to his family, and a deep appreciation for the simplicity that life had to offer.

Todd, happily retired, had over 30 years of concrete experience, including digging and building for new construction and custom homes. His work ethic extended beyond his career into his personal time, where he took great pride in maintaining his home and garden. Whether tending to his lawn or engaging in woodworking and home improvement projects, Todd found joy in creating and caring for his surroundings.

An avid animal lover, Todd had a special place in his heart for the many cats and dogs that shared his life over the years. He was also known for feeding the neighborhood squirrels, making sure that even the smallest creatures were cared for. His love for animals was matched by a passion for discussing politics and expressing his patriotism. Todd enjoyed engaging conversations about current events and held a deep respect for his country.

In moments of leisure, Todd could often be found playing Scrabble, working outside on his lawn and garden, and watching classic movies. Above all else, he cherished the time he spent with his family, always making sure that everyone around him could laugh even on the hardest days.

Todd is survived by his wife, Ginger A. (Sebastian) Morrison; his sons, Alex (Bree) Morrison and Adam (Brittney) Morrison; his brother, Craig (Laura) Morrison; his sister, Lisa (Rick) Gregg; his many nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat, Jet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Morrison and Betty Schwarting.

A celebration of life is being planned for a future date, with details to be shared by the family when available.

Cremation rites were held privately.
