Thomas M. Klocke

Thomas M. Klocke age 65, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois passed away at his home on September 30, 2023 with his loving family at his side. He was born in Stanley, Wisconsin on July 18, 1958 the beloved son of Gary and Carol (Seidel) Klocke.

He was a United States Navy Veteran and Laboratory Technician for Northwestern-Medicine McHenry Hospital in McHenry, Illinois for over 23 years. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, enjoyed barbecuing, studying history, reading, fishing, and the outdoors. He is also proud of earning his enlisted Surface Warfare Insignia while serving in the U.S. Navy. 

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Anna (Zawisza) Klocke; his loving children, Daniel Klocke and Ashley Klocke; his father, Gary Klocke; his dear sisters, Sandra (Keith) Lang and Susan (Cathy Burberry) Klocke; his brother-in-law, Wacek (Lidia) Zawisza; also nieces and nephews, as well as his in-laws in Poland.

Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Seidel) Klocke.

Visitation for Thomas will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM along with a Rosary prayer service to begin at 7:00 PM that evening all at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

No services the following day.

Family & friends will meet on Thursday, October 5, 2023 directly at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin from 10:00 AM until time of an 11:00 AM funeral Mass.

Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Palatine, Illinois.
