Sophie Remiasz

Sophie Remiasz age 75, of Algonquin and formerly and of Palatine passed away in the comfort of her home on June 12, 2024 with her loving family at her side. She was born in Tczew, Poland on October 6, 1948.

She is survived by her daughter, Eva (Prezemyslaw) Dzik; her grandchildren, David Skowronski and Adam Skowronski; she is also survived by her siblings in Poland.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM directly at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin., followed with a Funeral Mass to begin at 11:00 AM.

The Inurnment of Sophie's urn will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Palatine.
