Socorro R. Rodriguez

Socorro R. Rodriguez (Quiñonez), age 56 of Cary, passed away in the comfort of her home on May 13, 2020 with her loving children at her side. She was born in Magistral del Oro, Durango, Mexico on October 7, 1963, the beloved daughter of Ramon and Francisca (Anaya) Quiñonez. 

She is survived by her dearest children, Jessica (Jonathan) Shaw, Christopher (Molly) Rodriguez, Erika (Elliot) Rodriguez, Kristina (Timothy) Duffy, and Victoria (Salvatore Prato) Rodriguez; her cherished grandchildren Devin, Micah, Leviticus, Gideon, Christopher, and Dylan; and her loving siblings Carmen, Juan, Salvador, Lino, Luis, Francisco, Margarita, and Tilde (Maria). She was a treasured aunt, friend, and confidant. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Keeping in compliance with the CDC recommendations regarding gathering size (not to exceed more than 10 people at one time and face masks will be required) a visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral Services are being held privately with her immediate family. Socorro will be laid to rest at Algonquin Cemetery privately.
