Sally Phillips-Townsend

Sally Phillips-Townsend age 49, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois formerly of Elk Grove, Illinois passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2021. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois the loving daughter of Richard and Sharon (Habel) Phillips.

Sally is survived by her beloved husband, Michael Townsend; her loving daughters, Brooke and Meadow; her parents Richard and Sharon Phillips; her brother, Scott (Stacy) Phillips.

she was preceded in death by her sister Kathy Phillips.

Sally graduated from Conant High School and also Southern Illinois University.

A visitation for Sally will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral services for Sally will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Lisa Kruse-Safford officiating.

Interment Algonquin Cemetery.
