Ronald G. Ross

Ronald G. Ross age 82, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois and formerly of Roselle and Chicago, Illinois passed away on December 16, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 9, 1941 the loving son of Joseph and Josephine (Barone) Ross. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was an enthusiastic golfer, card player and bowler, often sharing these pastimes with his closest friends. Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Lorraine (Lopresto) Ross; his loving sons, Dan (Kathy) Ross, Scott Ross and John Ross; his cherished grandson, Ethan Erpenbach; his sister Patricia (Ronald) Mackiewicz. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM along with Military Honors under the auspices of the U.S. Army and a eulogy service to begin at 7:00 PM all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. Interment Private.
