Robert F. "Bob" Wawak

Robert F. “Bob” Wawak age 84, of Huntley, formerly of Des Plaines, passed away at home on July 13, 2021 with his loving family at his side.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 5, 1937 to Frank and Wanda Wawak.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Evelyn J. (Hudzik) Wawak; his loving children, Kathy (Fran Cosentino) Wawak and Ronald (Jose Baena) Wawak and his sister, Dorothy (Steve) Wascow. He is also survived by his canine buddy “Pebbles”.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile west of Rt. 31) Algonquin.

Family & friends will gather on Monday, July 19, 2021 for a visitation beginning at 9:00 AM at St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines with a Funeral Mass to begin at 10:00 AM.

Interment St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, River Grove
