Robert Edward Martin Jr. age 53, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away at home on August 30, 2021.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 20, 1968 the loving son to Robert Edward Sr. and Carol (Nordahl) Martin.

Robert was a Proud United States Marine Corps Veteran during the Persian Gulf War.

He is survived by his loving mother, Carol Hill; his sisters, Robin Martin and Lori Martin; his brother, Scottie Martin; his step-sisters, Beverly Morgan and Sharon Prill; his nieces, Vanessa Vega and Hillary Starkley; his nephew, Terence Starkley; his great-niece and nephews, Davariae, Aaliyah and Noah.

He was preceded in death by his loving father, Robert Edward Martin Sr.

Visitation for Robert will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Interment with full Military Honors under the auspice of the U.S.M.C. will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 12 noon at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Rd., Elwood (please meet at the public information center promptly at 11:45AM).
