Robert "Bob" Panzloff

Robert "Bob" Panzloff, age 67 of Algonquin, Illinois passed away on August 14,2025. He was born in Elgin, Illinois on January 16, 1958 to Delmar and Marion Panzloff. Bob was a lifelong resident of the Carpentersville/Algonquin area. Bob was a graduate of Irving Crown High School, Carpentersville in 1976.  Bob was an avid golfer, loved Chicago sports- Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks. He enjoyed classic rock, trips to Las Vegas, and anything sci-fi (he was a Trekkie") He worked at Continental Data Label in Elgin for over 30 years. Bob always enjoyed being with his family- his kids activities, sharing their accomplishments and being PopPop to Oliver. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and friend and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife, Kristin (Briggs) Panzloff whom he married on October 6,1984, his children, Robert (Hannah) Panzloff, Sara Panzloff, his grandson, Oliver Panzloff, his brother, John (Joan) Panzloff, mother-in- law, Carol Briggs and brother-in-law, Jack Briggs, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father in-law Ernest Briggs, sister, Linda Cannoy, brothers, William Panzloff, Richard Panzloff, David Panzloff and brother-in law, David Briggs. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM along with a service to begin that afternoon at 4:00 PM all at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Heart Association and Gift of Hope.
