Phyllis Bono Obituary

Phyllis E. (Borque) Bono, age 86, of Sun City, Huntley, Illinois passed away on April 24, 2020. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 22, 1933 the beloved daughter of Fred and Lillian Borque.

She is survived by her loving sons, Tony Bono Jr., Steve (Lisa) Bono and Jim (Tracy) Bono; her cherished grandchildren, Vince, Emily and Jason.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Anthony B. Bono Sr. and a sister Beverly (Tip) Hahn; she is also survived by nieces & nephews.

She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntley, Illinois.

Keeping in compliance with the current CDC recommendations regarding gathering size (not to exceed more than 10 people at one time) a visitation will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 12:15 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. A private family burial will take place at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Palatine, Illinois.
