Petra Vazquez

Petra Vazquez, 91, of Fox River Grove passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family October 6, 2023.  Born in San Luis Potosi Mexico January 18, 1932 to the late Severiano Vazquez and Susana Rivera.  Loving mother of Carmen (Robert) Forbes, Manuela (Hector) Espino, Maria (William) Lang, Jamie Herrera and Jose Francisco (Santos) Mendoza; proud grandmother of 17 wonderful grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.  Petra was loved by many and will be greatly missed.  

Visitation for Petra will be held October 11, 2023 from 4-9pm at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Road Algonquin IL 60102 prayers will be read at 7pm.  Funeral will be held October 12, 2023 at 9am from Willow Funeral Home, funeral mass will be celebrated at 11am at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 111 S Hubbard Street Algonquin IL 60102.  Interment to follow at St. Michael the Archangel in Palatine.
