Ofelia Montelongo of Carpentersville, passed away on October 27, 2018 at St. Alexus Medical Center in Hoffman Estates with her loving family at her side. A visitation for Ofelia will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile west of Rt. 31) Algonquin. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral Home.
