Michael J. Caldrone

Michael J. Caldrone age 65, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away on August 4, 2022. He was born on April 9, 1957 in Chicago, Illionois. Michael was the beloved father to Sandi (Matt), Michael, Anthony (Leli), and Nicholas; Loving grandpa to Kayla, Mila, and Marissa; Beloved brother to Cathy (Richard), and Mary (Kenny). Mike was preceded in death by his parents Sal and Terry.

A memorial visitation celebrating Michael's life will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM along with Words of Remembrance to be shared at 6:00 PM all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Internment will be held privately.

He was an electrician by trade but wore many hats; soccer coach, Cub Scout leader, carpenter, photographer, confidant, runner up for Olympic diving (in High School), Jack of all trades, mentor, hero, and a good man.

Michael was a man of many talents and enjoyed the outdoors, working with his hands, executing complex projects and loved the original recipe of Old Style Beer while surrounded by his beloved family and friends. His wisdom and love cannot be put into words, he lived his life with two main morals guiding his direction being Love & Patience is all you need. He gave the title Dad so much more depth, responsibility, and strength than it already carried.
