Lisa Jane Jacobs

Lisa J. Jacobs (Slawek) age 58, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away peacefully at home on October 24, 2022. She was born on October 25, 1963 and was the loving daughter of Ronald and Juanita (Chudy) Slawek.

She always put family and friends first before herself taking care of herself. She always enjoyed helping others by either babysitting or lending a helping hand. Her favorite time of year was Halloween, giving her the chance to spook whoever entered the house. She was one of those crazy fans that had an extreme passion for Captain Jack Sparrow. She will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of chatting with her for hours about nothing, as she just loved to talk.

Lisa is survived by her beloved husband, of 35 years, John J. Jacobs, her loving daughters, Leah (Henry) Demkovich, Amanda (Christopher) Morrissey and Brittany (Daniel) Crozier; her cherished grandchildren, that called her Nona: Sophia, Dustin, Aidan and Gabriel; her parents, Ronald and Juanita Slawek; her sister, Sheree (Larry Petway) Slawek. And can't forget her grand-pup, Jarvis.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tina Marie Slawek.

Visitation for Lisa will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 9:30 AM until time of an 11:00 AM prayer service, with Rev. Dr. Kelvin Roberts officiating all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.
