Leon Jan Ludvigsen

Leon Jan Ludvigsen age 98, passed away in Lake Zurich, Illinois on December 10, 2024. Leon was born in Norway on April 13, 1926. He was a Veteran of the Norwegian Armed Forces. Beloved husband of 65 years to the late Hjordis (nee Nilsen) Ludvigsen; loving father of Froydis “Peggy” (Albert) Garza, the late Jack (Sandra) Ludvigsen, Egon (Barbara) Ludvigsen, Rita McIntyre and the late Steven Ludvigsen; cherished grandfather of, Anthony (Joyce) Garza, William Garza, John Ludvigsen, Michelle Ludvigsen, Erik Ludvigsen, Kristen (Christopher) Ferris, Erik C.L. (Heather) Ludvigsen, Jason Ludvigsen and Kinberly McIntyre; also survived by many proud great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., along with an evening service to begin at 7:00 p.m. all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W.
