Kenneth R. Dahlin

Ken Dahlin, age 84, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, passed away in his home.  He was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Kenneth and Irene (Lewandowski) Dahlin.

Ken married the love of his life, Lois, in March of 1963. They spent their 50+ years together raising their daughters, traveling as much as possible with their yearly trips to Aruba and cruises with the entire family. Ken was always cheering on his favorite sports teams – the Bears and the Bulls.  He was a committed partner/owner of Dimension Works, where he was loved by all.  Ken and Lois enjoyed spoiling their dogs, Muffy and Taffy!

Ken is survived by his loving children, Pamela (Tom) Tauch, Kristen (Pat) Mendicino, and Karen Aranza; his cherished grandchildren, Trevor (Anna Marie), Nathan, Amanda, Lucas, Alexandra, Brandon, and Gabrielle; his adorable great-grandchildren, Dimitri, Sebastian, Xavier, Charlotte, and Everly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lois (Kness) Dahlin.

Please join us for a Celebration of Life on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:00 am at Cucina Bella, 220 S. Main St., Algonquin, Illinois. After visitation, there will be a short Memorial Service at 12:30 pm, followed by a luncheon at 1:00 pm.
