Katharine "Tinka" Yochim Obituary

Katharine "Tinka" Yochim (Dreyer) age 82, of Algonquin and formerly of Schaumburg, passed away May 22, 2021. She was born in Los Angeles, California on May 7, 1939 the daughter of Burt W. and Grace J. (Schmitt) Dreyer.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Bert G. Yochim, she is survived by her daughters Julia (Thomas) Shuff, Leslie (Michael) Russo and her grandchildren, Kyle and Holly Shuff and Nicholas and Emily Russo.

A wonderful wife, mother and grandma, she enjoyed time spent with family and friends, telling stories, working in her garden, and reading. Her thoughtful and caring spirit touched all who knew her.

Services are being held privately with the family.
