Obituary
Josephine “Jo” Tenorio age 94, of Huntley, Illinois passed away on April 8, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 13, 1927 the loving daughter of Juan and Virginia (Calderon) Tenorio. She was the oldest of seven children . Berwyn had been her home for 30 years where she made many friends.
She is survived by her brothers, John Jr. (Judy) Tenorio of Huntley, IL and Fidel (Jean) Tenorio of Dekalb, IL ; she is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Vincent, Manuel and Raymond Tenorio and her sister Virginia Tenorio Langley.
Visitation for Josephine will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM along with a prayer service to begin that evening at 6:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.
A private family interment will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Auburn Memorial Park, 4101 S. Oak Park Ave., Stickney, IL (please meet at the cemetery office).
Memorial contributions, In Loving Memory of Josephine may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
