Jose Manuel Hernandez age 47, of Carpentersville passed away on November 22, 2020.

A visitation for Jose will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (Social distancing and face coverings will be our shared practice during the visitation at the funeral home)

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 with prayers to begin promptly at 9:00 AM from the funeral home chapel and proceed to St. Monica Catholic Church in Carpentersville for a Funeral Mass to be Celebrated at 10:00 AM.

Jose will be buried back in his homeland of Mexico.

Local and international burial arrangements are under the Care of Willow Funeral Home in Algonquin.
