John Hasting Obituary

John S. Hasting age 67, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois passed away on May 23, 2022 in Huntley, Illinois. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 30, 1954 to parents Phinas and Elsie (Price) Hasting.

He was a Software Engineer and Civil Servant for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio and most currently, a school bus driver for our community schools.

John is survived by his loving wife, Candy S. (Lensch) Hasting, whom he married on July 31, 1980; his loving children, Sam (Melissa) Hasting and Ben (Alex) Hasting.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.
