Johanna Marie Huerta

Johanna Marie Huerta, 8 years old, of Carpentersville passed away into the arms of the Lord on February 16, 2021 with her mother, grandmother, 3 siblings and father at her side. She was born in Elgin, Illinois on January 19, 2013 to Brandy Casas and Jose Huerta.

She is survived by her mother, Brandy Casas, her sister and brother, Bianca A. and Brandon P.; her grandparents, Benigna and Ignacio Casas; her aunts and uncle, Linda (Blake) Fowler, Clark (Siriluk) Casas, Yesenia (Antonio) Cabral and Laura (Kawasi) Wilson; also her cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Joselyn M. in 2013.

Johanna will be buried next to her late sister Joselyn at Dundee Twp. Cemetery – East.

A visitation for Johanna will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at WIllow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (please remember social distancing and face coverings will be our shared practice during the visitation at the funeral home.)

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 with prayers to begin at 10:00 AM from the funeral home chapel and proceed to St. Monica Catholic Church in Carpentersville for a 11:00 AM funeral Mass

Interment will follow at Dundee Twp. Cemetery - East.
