Jason Michael Foley

Jason Michael Foley age 39, most recently of Algonquin and formerly of Elk Grove and Carpentersville passed away on October 20, 2022. He was born on September 23, 1983 in Park Ridge, Illinois to Michael and Kimberly (DiPrizio) Foley.

Jason was an avid Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks fan. He loved fishing, especially with his daughter. His biggest and proudest accomplishments are his daughter, being a wonderful son, his many friends and friendships and his family who all loved him dearly. Jason was employed with Stron Logistics Inc. in Hampshire, Illinois

Jason is survived by his loving daughter, Lylah K. Foley, his mother and step-father, Kimberly and Dale Seafield; his brothers, Dustin Foley and Skylar Seafield; his grandparents, John and Josephine (Slovick) DiPrizio and Rosemary (Kinsch) Seafield.

He was a loved nephew to many aunts and uncles and also survived by his many cousins.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, Michael William Foley and also his grandparents, James and Shirley Foley and George Seafield.

All are invited to gather with the family for a visitation on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, along with a prayer service to begin at 7:00 PM that evening all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.), Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.
