Jason Michael Eaves

Jason Michael Eaves of Lake In The Hills passed away unexpectedly December 21, 2025.  Born January 21, 1978 in Chicago.

Beloved father of Hailey (Meredith) Eaves and Jayden (Samantha); devoted brother of Ashley (Josh) Roy; caring uncle of Ethan, Luca and Laine Roy; loving stepson to Frank Catalanotto. He is preceded in death by his mother Nancy.

Jason’s life was often defined by the soundtrack he chose for it. He had a unique spark that affected everyone he met and kept his family laughing.  He loved live music events (Metallica/Avenged Sevenfold) and when he wasn't at a show, Jason could be found immersed in his other passions. He was a devoted fan of wrestling and a loyal supporter of the Chicago Bears. Whether it was the drama of the ring or the intensity on the field, Jason brought the same enthusiasm to his hobbies as he did to his friendships. He cherished his 31 year friendship with Jim Mele and was a loyal friend to the end. He will be greatly missed.
