Janusz Sokolowski age 60, of Gilberts, Illinois passed away at home on January 1, 2022 with his loving family at his side. He was born in Polczyn Zdroj, Poland on December 19, 1961 to Jan Sokolowski and Genowefa Sokolowska.

He is survived by his wife, Ewa (Lipka) Sokolowska; his children, Magdalena (Tomasz) Drabczynski and Alex Sokolowski; his grandchildren, Matthew and Julia; his sisters, Krystina Dobrucka and Ewa (Zbigniew) Kaczmarek.

Family & friends will gather for a visitation on Friday, January 14, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM until time of an 11:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin.

Inurnment will follow at River Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in West Dundee.
