Jan Choszcz

Jan Choszcz age 70, of Carpentersville, Illinois passed away on March 6, 2024 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois with his loving family at his side. He was born in Braniewo, Poland on June 30, 1953 the son of Wieslaw and Wieslawa (Wrona) Choszcz.

He is survived by his wife, Jadwiga (Biedulewicz) Choszcz; his daughters, Renata (Alfred) Perez and Anna (Tomasz) Bronowicki; his grandchildren, Olivia, Sebastian, Adam and Eryk; also survived by his siblings in Poland.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 with prayers to begin at 10:00 AM from the funeral home chapel and proceed to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin for a Funeral Mass to be Celebrated at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow to Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
