James G. Mattheis

James G. Mattheis age 81, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away on June 30, 2022 at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Illinois. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 16, 1941 the son of Fred and Margaret (Baechlin) Mattheis.

James is survived by his children, Susan, Janice and James (Katie); his grandchildren, Melissa, Heather (Jon), Thomas (Kara), Jimmy, Athena, Logan and Helaina; his 5 great-grandchildren; his brother, Robert (Andre).

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife, Concetta and his twin brother, John.

Memorial ​visitation will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM along with a service to begin at 3:00 PM all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.
