Henry Keczkowski age 90, of Crystal Lake formerly of Chicago passed away on April 2, 2021 at JourneyCare in Barrington, IL.
He was born on September 17, 1930 in Lublin, Poland the loving son of Zygmund and Janina (nee Gemborys) Keczkowski
Henry is survived by his beloved wife, Josephine (nee Hasiuk) Keczkowski; his loving daughters, Christine (the late Louis) Bieniek and Mary (Steven) DeFranco; his cherished grandchildren, Lori Bieniek, Lisa (Michael) Garner, Jennifer (Christopher) Freeman and Cassandra DeFranco; his proud great-grandchildren, Sean, Sophie, Riley and Maddon; his dear sisters, Sophie (Terry) D’Orazio and Halina (Jonathan) Wright; also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (please follow the funeral directors guidance below)
***In keeping in compliance with the CDC recommendations regarding gathering size. Please be aware that only 50 people will be allowed in the visitation room at a time. All visitors must keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet, and refrain from hugging or consoling the family. We ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Upon entering the building all attendees must wear a face covering at all times.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish (formerly St. Tarcissus Catholic Church) 6020 W. Ardmore Ave, Chicago.
Interment will follow to Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles.
