Felix "Chelan" Lechuga Carrasco Jr. Obituary

Felix "Chelan" Lechuga Carrasco Jr., age 66, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on March 3, 2024, at Advent Health Shawnee Mission Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born in La Palestine Durango Mexico, on January 11, 1958, beloved son of Felix and Socorro (Carrasco) Lechuga.

Félix is survived by his beloved wife, Camerina (Díaz) Lechuga; his children, Leonel, Hugo and Nancy (Roberto) Hernández; his grandchildren, Alexander G, Anthony C, Emmanuel I, Aiden L, Itzel A, Giovanni M and Nathan D; his siblings, Rosa (Arnoldo) Corral, Ana Ramirez, Gilberto (Juana) Lechuga, Luz Maria Carrasco, Leticia (Arturo) Jimenez, Roberto Lechuga and Marie Elisa Lechuga; also, his many nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Alfredo Lechuga and his grandson, Adrian M Lechuga.

Felix was a big Chiefs football fan.

Visitation for Felix will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile west of Rt. 31) Algonquin.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 with prayers to begin promptly at 10:00 AM from the funeral home chapel and proceed to St. Monica Catholic Church, 90 N. Kennedy Dr. (Rt. 25) Carpentersville for a Funeral Mass to be Celebrated at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow at Dundee Twp. Cemetery - East.
