Dennis B. Santucci, 83, of Lake in the Hills, passed away peacefully at his home on May 26, 2026.

Born on March 4, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, Dennis was the son of Benjamin Armenta and Mary Ann Santucci. He dedicated much of his life to working as a mechanic, specializing in truck and trailer repair. Dennis took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and willingness to help others whenever needed.

He found enjoyment in working with his hands and spending time around trucks, trailers, and engines throughout his life, but most of all he loved spending time with his grand babies.

Dennis is survived by his children, Raymond Armenta, Misty and Daniel Castillo, Dennis and Destiny Armenta and his grandchildren, who will cherish his memory and carry forward the lessons and love he shared throughout his life.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026 from 4:00 PM until the time of memorial service at 7:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin, IL 60102.

Dennis will be remembered for his practical nature, quiet strength, and dedication to his family and trade.
