Denise Ann Mortimer

Denise Ann Mortimer (Rodgers) age 68, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away at home January 25, 2025 with her loving family at her side. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 24, 1956 the daughter of Jesse and Joan Rodgers.

She enjoyed being outside with her husband, and adored her children and grandchildren. She especially loved dressing up her little puppy and sidekick “JoJo”.

She is survived by her husband, Nathan D. Mortimer; her children, Justin Mortimer, Jeremy (Hollie) Mortimer and Jenelle (Ragde) Abelgas; her grandchildren, Kylee (Brodie) Sabol, Tanner Mortimer, Kasen Mortimer, Bryton Mortimer, Rory Abelgas and Ryatt Abelgas; her brother, Craig (Barbara) Rodgers.

A "Celebration of Life" service for Denise will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2925 beginning at 3:00 PM at The Chapel, 1809 S. Route 31, McHenry, Illinois 60050.
