Casimir "Casey" Kania Jr.

Casimir “Casey” Kania Jr. age 72, of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois passed away at his home on February 17, 2022. He was born in Chicago,
Illinois on April 12, 1949 to Casimir Sr. and Alice (Barnes) Kania. He was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.
 

Casey, beloved husband of the late Rosann; dear father of Michelle and Michael; grandfather of Adam (Allen); loving brother of Kathleen
(Paul) DeGrassi & Geraldine Al-Hourani (Kania); loving brother-in-law of the late Nicholas (the late Diane) Fragola, Jr, Joseph (Stefanie) Fragola, Sr, & Frank Fragola Sr (the late Susan); and loving uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one half mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2020 with prayers beginning at 9:45 AM from the funeral home chapel and proceed to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, West Dundee for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 AM, with Reverend David Reese as the celebrant. Interment with Military Honors will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity in honor of Casey.
