Carol Swiatkowski

Carol A. Swiatkowski (nee Armato) age 73, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois passed away on June 22, 2020 at Northwestern-Medicine Hospital in Huntley, Illinois.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 9, 1946 to Nicholas and Virginia (nee Montalbano) Armato.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Thomas M. Swiatkowski, her sons, Thomas E. (Natalie) Swiatkowski and Nicholas (Carly Livesay) Swiatowski; her grandchildren, Jackson, Davis, Zelda, Oscar and Ida; her siblings, Mary, Salvatore, Paul and Stella. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Connie and Dolores.

She worked many years as an employee at Sears Department Store at Spring Hill Mall where she made some great friends.

Carol was a wonderful mother and her love and kindness will live on through her children, grandchildren and family. She will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (please follow director's guidance, social distancing will be observed, and face coverings will be required.)

Funeral services for Carol will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at River Valley Memorial Gardens.
