Barbara D. Neal

Barbara D. Neal (Leutz) age 68, of McHenry, IL formerly of Streamwood, IL passed away in her home on August 8, 2022. She was born in Memphis, Tennesse on February 5, 1954 to Charles and Barbara (Kartman) Leutz.

She was married to Vernon B. Neal October 4, 1977 and divorced in 2003. Barbara was an avid animal lover.  She loved a variety of pets throughout the years, including birds, cats and dogs. Her biggest love and enjoyment came from caring for her dogs. 

She is survived by her children, Lisa (Eric) LaPorte, Lindsie (Daniel) Teson and Jodi (Scott) Iddings; her grandchildren, Scottie, Adam, Nick, Jack, Charlie, Kylie, Cody, Morgan, Jolene, Emma, Ryan and Josh; and her beloved companion "KnuckleHead".

She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Leutz, Mother Barbara Leutz (Kartman) and her Father Charles Leutz.

Cremation rites were held privately. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date and will be announced.
