Aurora “ Rory “ Balcita Ramos

Aurora “Rory” Balcita Ramos age 85, of Algonquin, Illinois passed away on November 2, 2021 at Heritage Health in Elgin surrounded by her beloved children Grace, Irene, and JR by her side.

She was born in San Pablo City, Philippines on September 9, 1936 the daughter of Graciano and Generosa (Garcia) Balcita.

Rory is survived by her loving children, Grace Ramos, Irene (Marc Soriano) Ramos, and JR (Tessa Aquino) Ramos; her cherished grandchildren, Genric, Jenine, Dylan, Nathan, Chloe and Gavin; her siblings , Manuel Balcita, Oscar Balcita(d), Romulo Balcita, Adelo Balcita, Celia Balcita and Danilo Balcita(d).

Rory a strong, kind, dedicated, loving mother and grandmother to her family. She had a beautiful soul and always a source of positivity to anyone who knew her. Rory was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. (one half mile east of Randall Rd.), Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Rd., Huntley.
