Wladyslaw Jez, age 85, passed away on October 14, 2018. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin. Funeral Thursday, October 18, 2018 with prayers to begin at 10:15 AM from the Willow Funeral Home to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St. in Algonquin for an 11:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment St. John Nepomucene Catholic Cemetery.
