Stanislaw "Stan" Zelazny

Stanislaw "Stan" Zelazny age 62, of McHenry passed away on December 3, 2018.  He was born in Poland the son of Stefan and Janina Zelazny. He is survived by his wife Maria Zelazny; his daughters Justyna Zelazny and Regina Zelazny.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile west of Rt. 31) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 with a Prayer Service to begin at 9:15 AM from the funeral home and proceed to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St. in Algonquin, for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 AM.

Services will conclude at the Church.  Interment will be held privately.
