JeanAnn (Kimmel) Roberts

JeanAnn (Kimmel) Roberts age 78, a longtime resident of Lake in the Hills, passed away on January 12, 2019 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin with her loving family at her side. She was born on March 25, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Jeanette (Jarosh) Kimmel.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia (Evan) Breyn; and her cherished grandchildren, Ethan and Rachael Breyn. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David K. Roberts, and her beloved son John David Roberts.

She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Education, was a columnist for the Countryside newspaper, a longtime realtor, member of the LITH Property Owners Association (POA), and member of the Jayceettes.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 12 noon to 4:00 PM at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.

Cremation rites were accorded privately. A private family inurnment will be held at Bohemian National Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois at a later date.
