Carol Ann (Vokoun) Frazier

Carol Ann Frazier age 67, of Lake In The Hills, passed away at JourneyCare of Woodstock on June 9, 2018 with her loving family at her side. She was born on February 20, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Frank James and Mary Ellen Vokoun. She is survived by her husband James L. Frazier; her children Dena (Tony) Wickland and Steven (Natalie) Gerambia; grandchildren Ella Wickland, Jackson Gerambia, Lily Gerambia and Sam Gerambia; she is also survived by many in her loving Frazier family. Cremation rites were accorded privately. A Life Celebration gathering will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with remembrances to be shared at 7:00 p.m. at the Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd.,(1 mile east of Randall Rd.), Algonquin/Lake In The Hills. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in her memory would be appreciated.
